We are the only brick and mortar rental shop In Bentonville to offer both in-store pick up and free delivery options
Come by our Oz Suspension location to get set up on your bike in the comfort of our air conditioned shop. Our store is 2-5 minutes from the main trail systems by e-bike so this is a great option for those wanting to use the shop as a home base during their rental day.
Not able to get to the shop? No problem. We offer free delivery to all trailheads, airbnb’s, hotels etc in Bentonville proper as well as southern Bella Vista.
We also accommodate extended delivery for an additional fee with appropriate accommodations

We do our best to help every customer have a flat free ride, but if you like to be prepared for the worst, we’ve got you covered. Hip-Pack comes with Co2, tire levers, Multi-tool, Plug&Patch Kit, and a tube just incase it wont hold tubeless.
