Damage Protection Insurance

While damage insurance is entirely optional, we highly recommend adding it to your rental for added peace of mind.

Stuff happens, and when it does the last thing you should have to worry about is fixing a bike. That’s why we offer two damage insurance options to keep your wallet protected out on the trail.

Partial Coverage $15

Partial damage insurance will cover up to $150 worth of damage at our shop cost.

This option is designed to cover most components on the bike that hit the ground first in small falls and tip overs i.e. brake levers, shifters, derailleurs, seats, grips. *$15 Covers entire rental duration*

Full Coverage $75

Full coverage damage insurance covers 100% of the bike, tire to tire, frame included.

This option comes at a higher price, but provides ultimate peace of mind - insuring no matter what happens on the trail, you will be covered. We are proud to be the only shop in the area to provide a true full coverage insurance on our rentals, offering the freedom to enjoy your time on our bikes completely stress free. *Price Structure- $75 gets you 2 days of full coverage, every additional day decreases to $25/day.*

Disclaimer: Damage protection insurance does not cover loss, theft, or direct negligence/misuse of rental equipment; ex. Bikes falling off vehicle; bikes being loaded improperly on top of each other for transport.

** If you choose to opt out of our damage insurance, you will be responsible for replacing all damaged or broken parts and components found on the bike upon check-in that were not existing upon bike check-out. **

This Includes the purchase of replacement parts/components at shop cost, as well as labor charges for installation and/or repair.
